5th ANNUAL CUSTOMER APPRECIATION AUCTION
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 1ST, 7pm
* Collect your "auction bucks" during July and August. You will receive
one "auction buck" for every dollar spent on merchandise or classes!
* Redeem your "bucks" at our auction Monday, September 1, 2008 for
FREE merchandise!
* No real cash is allowed at the auctions, so start collecting those
"auction bucks" today. The more "bucks" you collect, the more
FREE merchandise you can bid on!
* You must PRE-REGISTER if you plan on attending the auction. If you
can't make the auction night, consider donating your "bucks" to
a friend!
* Check-in the night of the auction begins @ 6:00pm, with the
auction starting promptly @7:00pm. Sorry, no one will be allowed
in the shop after the auction begins!
There will also be a "Silent Auction" using "real money" with the proceeds being donated to charity. (Charity to be determined)
Happy Summer All,
Thanks to all who came to celebrate our 18th Birthday with us this year. We collected lots of money & canned goods to pass on to our local food pantry. Our customers are the best. We appreciate your support and hope you enjoyed the discounts.
Check out the classes & all the special events we have planned for the summer. Be sure to take a class or two to support our wonderful teachers (we even have a few new ones), so they will continue to share they’re quilting talents. We appreciate all of them.
Our employees have been working hard on models, etc. to inspire you, and keep you motivated this summer. Please thank them, as they are what make this shop GREAT and such a fun place to visit.
We hope you all have a great summer, but remember we have lots going on at the shop, so don’t miss out……

SEWATHONS
We have 3 sewathons on this schedule. The cost of this weekend of fun is $25. Come and go, and sew at your own pace. No instructions or instructors provided. Potluck or take out is the name of the game for sewathon. Friday night 7pm-?, Saturday 10am-? And Sunday 10am-5pm.

WEEKEND RETREATS
Judy & Kristie are still at it. We had a great time at the Cinco de Mayo party with margaritas and everything. So for the summer they are planning a “physcodelic seventies” party. So grab your tie-dyed shirt and sandals and join the fun. Work on your own projects at your own pace. Good UFO time. This includes fabric for block drawing, dinner Friday night, breakfast Saturday and Sunday, snacks all weekend, your “party favor”, plus a 15% discount for the weekend of shopping all for just $50. We will be turning the shop into a Christmas wonderland to get you excited about making lots of projects for Christmas. Come see the displays, models, & kits that will have you eager to get started. We will round out the week with a visit from “The Singing Santa” who will stop by while on vacation to visit and sing songs for us. He will be dressed in his vacation attire, a.k.a. his swim suit. Definitely a sight to see…….
